Commercial

Senior Director of Sales
Geneva / Heraklion (hybrid, EU time zone) · Full-time · Quota-carrying · Reports to the CBO

ORamaVR is a Swiss-headquartered medical-XR company (Geneva HQ, Heraklion R&D) building the platform that lets clinicians rehearse an entire procedure before they ever touch a patient. Deployed today: 20+ B2B clients across 10 countries, 84+ clinically validated simulations, 17,000+ training sessions, 65+ peer-reviewed publications, and a JARIA AI proctor in every session. Frost & Sullivan named us a top-2 medical-XR innovator (2023). We closed a late-seed round and are on a Series A track, revenue is scaling and we need to accelerate it.

The mandate

Our two-person commercial leadership, the CEO (founder, owns strategic OEM relationships and the scientific narrative) and the CBO (owns pricing, MSAs, partnerships, and pipeline process), needs hands-on hunter-closers who generate and convert net-new pipeline at pace. We are hiring two complementary roles to turn a founder-led motion into a repeatable sales engine.

The role (Senior Director of Sales, player-coach, 6+ yrs)

  • Carries the number and builds the repeatable playbook
  • Leads Track 1, MedTech OEM six-figure deals, alongside the CEO
  • Hires and manages the first AEs, including the Director of Sales

What both sales roles own

  • Net-new pipeline generation and quota-carrying close across the assigned track
  • Structured discovery, MEDDPICC-grade qualification, forecast hygiene, and CRM discipline
  • Turning product proof (clinical evidence, ROI on cadaver-lab and application-specialist cost) into wins
  • Feeding the distributor/reseller channel and the founder-led OEM motion

What you bring

  • A documented record closing enterprise B2B deals in MedTech, digital health, medical devices, life-sciences, or clinical SaaS, and hitting quota (6+ years)
  • Fluency selling to clinical and procurement buyers: VP Medical Affairs, Clinical Education, CMOs, sim-centre and med-ed directors
  • The discipline to build pipeline from zero and thrive in an early-stage, founder-led environment
  • Business-fluent English, willingness to travel (EU + key global accounts), and EU work authorisation

Bonus

Bonus: XR/simulation or surgical-robotics exposure; existing OEM relationships (ortho, robotics, cardiovascular, neuro); a second European language.

Location & how to apply

Geneva / Heraklion (hybrid, EU time zone), full-time, quota-carrying. Reports to the CBO and works hand-in-hand with the CEO. To apply, email a CV and a short note on a deal you built from scratch and closed to jobs@oramavr.com, and state which role (or both). ORamaVR is an equal-opportunity employer.
