Licensing model
VTC is licensed by concurrent active users (CCU), not the total number of people enrolled. Register your entire department, your full residency cohort, your whole institution. You only pay for how many train at the same time.
CCU stands for Concurrent User, one active simulation session running at the same time. Every CCU on your plan supports unlimited registered users: you onboard your whole department, residency, or hospital once and only the simultaneous sessions count toward the plan.
Example · a 5 CCU plan means 5 trainees can run a simulation at the same time, while any number of registered users (50, 200, 2,000) can sign in, schedule sessions, and access analytics.
Two separate licenses. The Platform stands on its own, content is an optional add-on.
