What this Annex is: This Annex A is incorporated into and forms part of the ORamaVR
Creator Pro End-User Licence Agreement. Its purpose is to define the
functional scope, supported platforms, and key capabilities of Creator Pro for the purposes of: (i) the
warranty in EULA §12.1 (“deviation from the product specification”); (ii) the description of
Creator Pro in marketing and end-user-facing materials; and (iii) the conformity of the product against the
licensed expectation. This Annex does not extend the scope of the licence granted in EULA §4 or modify any
other provision of the EULA.

2. Core authoring capabilities
Creator Pro provides the following core authoring capabilities. Capabilities marked [Pro only] are not
available in the Creator Solo tier.
- Procedural simulation authoring engine — neurosymbolic action graph editor, scenario scripting, and timeline-based event composition.
- Multi-platform deployment targets — Windows, macOS, Linux desktop; WebXR; supported XR headsets including Meta Quest series, HTC Vive series, Pico, and Varjo (subject to the supported-hardware list in §6).
- AI Non-Player Character (NPC) agents — JARIA-powered embodied AI characters with configurable behaviour scripting, dialogue, and learner interaction.
- Multi-user / co-operative session authoring — design and test multiplayer training scenarios with instructor and trainee roles.
- Asset Library integration [Pro only] — full access to the ORamaVR Medical 3D Asset Library, including procedural medical models, instruments, and clinical environment assets.
- Project source export — author projects can be exported as Derivative Works for deployment under the Derivative Work licence in EULA §4.2.
- Version control integration — supported via standard developer toolchains (Git, Perforce) on Licensee’s local environment.
- Telemetry and analytics SDK [Pro only] — instrumentation hooks for capturing learner performance data inside Derivative Works deployed on the VTC Platform.
3. OMEN capabilities (Pro)
Creator Pro includes access to OMEN, ORamaVR’s generative AI co-pilot for authoring tasks. As at the
date of this Annex, OMEN provides the following functions:
- Scenario draft generation — natural-language prompts producing initial scenario structures.
- Asset suggestion — context-aware suggestions of medical assets, instruments, and environments from the ORamaVR catalogue.
- Dialogue authoring assistance — generation and refinement of NPC dialogue lines.
- Action-graph completion — completion suggestions for partially-built action graphs.
Note: OMEN capabilities are subject to the JARIA Terms of Use (ORM-JARIA-TOU-001), the
Creator Pro EULA §5, and the
ORamaVR Privacy
Policy. Outputs are provided on an as-is basis (EULA §12 disclaimer). Specific features and prompts may be
updated by ORamaVR in accordance with the Creator Pro EULA without amendment to this Annex.
3.5 Data posture for OMEN (architecture, retention, anonymisation, training)
OMEN operates on a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) model for text-based authoring features: Licensee routes text
prompts through Licensee’s own Anthropic API subscription installed locally. ORamaVR does not handle or
have access to OMEN text prompts or outputs. OMEN image-generation features (quota: 30 images/seat/month) are
routed through ORamaVR’s managed infrastructure. The following data posture applies to OMEN
image-generation prompts and outputs processed through ORamaVR’s infrastructure, and to JARIA-powered
features in Creator Pro (as reflected in the Creator Pro EULA §5.5):
- (a) Data is retained by ORamaVR for the duration of the Subscription Period and for such additional period as is required for security, audit, debugging, billing, and regulatory purposes.
- (b) Data is not anonymised by default. Where Licensee requires anonymisation, Licensee shall implement it on the Licensee side before inputting data to OMEN.
- (c) Data is not used by ORamaVR or any third party to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any ORamaVR or third-party AI model, and is not shared with any third party for AI model development.
The processing of personal data through OMEN is governed by Exhibit C — Data Processing Agreement (ORM-EXC-001)
and the ORamaVR Privacy Policy. Licensee shall not input personal data into OMEN unless
Licensee has a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards in place.
4. Bundled VTC Licences (Pro)
Each active Creator Pro seat includes two (2) ORamaVR VTC Platform Licences, governed by the VTC End Customer
Terms (Exhibit B, ORM-ECTERMS-001). The bundled VTC Licences are intended to support the Licensee in testing
and deploying Derivative Works on the VTC Platform during development. They are co-terminus with the Creator
Pro seat and follow the same Subscription Period. Bundled VTC Licences are not transferable to third parties.
5. Excluded / out-of-scope features
For the avoidance of doubt, the following are NOT within the scope of Creator Pro:
- OMEN Private Cloud — available only under OEM Enterprise tier of the VTC Platform.
- Custom SIM Service — a separate paid engagement for ORamaVR-developed bespoke simulations (Schedule SIM-related).
- JARIA+ analytics — included with HealthSystem VTC tier and OEM Professional/Enterprise; not part of Creator Pro.
- Source code of Creator Pro itself — not licensed under this EULA; not part of Creator Pro deliverables.
- Distribution rights for the Creator Pro authoring environment to end users — Authorised Users only.
6. Supported hardware and software (as at the date of this Annex)
Creator Pro requires the following minimum and recommended host environment for the authoring workstation:

Documentation is part of the “product specification (including accompanying documentation)”
referred to in EULA §12.1.
8. Updates and revisions to this Annex
ORamaVR may amend this Annex A from time to time to reflect product evolution, in accordance with the
Standard-Form Document Amendments mechanism in the Creator Pro EULA. Material reductions in functionality
(i.e., removal of a capability listed in §§2–3 above) trigger the 60-day advance notice obligation; routine
additions, clarifications, or minor capability updates do not. The current version of this Annex is published
